Saul Wells
Saul Wells has been with the Parks Conservancy since 2016. In his role he is responsible for the maintenance and management of Schenley Plaza, Mellon Square, the Schenley Park Visitors Center, and most recently the park land around the Northeast Fountain in Allegheny Commons Park. In addition to his management role, he is responsible for the facilities upkeep at all these locations which includes close coordination with outside vendors, different departments at the city of Pittsburgh, and most importantly park users. At any given time, Saul is coordinating with contractors, vendors, or managing seasonal staff. He is interested in furthering his career in parks and recreation with a specific focus on programming and management. Saul spends his free time gaming or helping his friends and family with their technological needs. Saul is motivated to connect underserved and underrepresented neighborhoods to what parks have to offer. A goal of his is to connect his professional life with his personal interests in gaming and technology through park programming.
