“Starting with the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy as a Public Ally, Sam has made a home out of the Frick Environmental Center. With a passion for nature, education, and engaging with communities, being front and center at the front desk at FEC is the perfect place to practice all of those passions. When she is not at the front desk, she is teaching Psychology as an Adjunct Instructor at Point Park University, where she also received her degrees. Currently, Sam holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Community Psychology. In the future, she hopes to obtain her PhD in Critical Psychology as well. In her free time, she loves to crochet, play in any stream she can find, and try out new Vegetarian recipes in the kitchen.”
