Maggie spent most of her childhood wandering around the mountains and streams of Virginia. This exploration fostered a love for nature and all the critters that she observed. Helping her dad in the vegetable garden deepened her connection to nature and the cultivation of plants. These interests led Maggie to work in many different areas of horticulture. Public gardens and parks have always been her favorite, as it allows her to share cool discoveries and gardening tips with the community. In her free time, she enjoys gardening at home, cooking, watching movies, and traveling.
