As the Education Program and Office Coordinator at the Frick Environmental Center, Lan is usually seen at her desk, working on a spreadsheet, answering phone calls, and filing documents. Outside, Lan’s hands are frequently in the dirt, feet splashing in water, and eyes on the tiniest details of nature. Lan loves to bike to work, rain or shine. In years prior, Lan worked on several projects around the country, including habitat restoration, biodiversity outreach, trail construction, ecological monitoring, data management, and environmental education.
