Amber is still a kid at heart which is why she coordinates playful programs for young learners at the Parks Conservancy. She came to Pittsburgh from the eastern side of Pennsylvania to attend the University of Pittsburgh where she majored in Psychology and English Literature. In 2012, she stumbled upon environmental education while doing volunteer work and has stuck with it ever since. You can find her throughout the year in Frick Park facilitating nature exploration with families, summer campers, and school groups.
