Sip, Savor, Support: Parks on Tap Returns to Celebrate Summer in the City

The Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy’s beloved beer garden series is back with crisp brews, local food trucks, limited-edition merch, and a new fall finale in Allegheny Commons.

Pittsburgh, PA – Summer in the city is calling, and the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy is answering with the return of its fan-favorite Parks on Tap beer garden series! Kicking off Friday, May 30, and popping up on the final Friday of each month through September, Parks on Tap invites you to unwind and raise a glass at the newly renovated Schenley Park Visitor Center.

In partnership with Lawrenceville’s Eleventh Hour Brewing, each pop-up will feature the limited-edition Summer in the Parks Lager—a light, crisp beer with a zesty lime finish that perfectly captures the essence of summer. From 3:00 to 9:00 PM, attendees can sip and savor while enjoying local food trucks, live music, and exclusive limited-edition merch. Best of all, a portion of beer sales supports the Parks Conservancy’s work to keep Pittsburgh’s parks vibrant, healthy, and welcoming for all.

“Parks on Tap is the perfect way to ease into the weekend—and celebrate the spirit of summer,” said Alana Wenk, Director of Advancement for the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy. “With a relaxed atmosphere, locally crafted beer, and the beauty of the parks all around you, it’s a chance to unwind, connect with friends, and enjoy the best of what our city’s green spaces have to offer.”
