Forget ghoulish Halloween parties. The Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy's Madcap Masquerade had a breathtaking new setting this year that was anything but dark and spooky.

A giant clear tent was erected in Schenley Plaza, the jewel the conservancy carved from a parking lot. The newly restored fountain and the Festival of Lights projection on the Cathedral of Learning created a colorful backdrop for the fabulous bash inside. Read full article
