Meeting people and creating a meaningful relationship can be absurd. Maybe you are a hopeless romantic searching for your perfect story-book soulmate. Or you are shy flustered comic book fan who can’t tell whether or not you are on a date. Or you could be undead and scrambling not to waste any more of what could be the unlimited time you have left. The New Renaissance Theatre Company presents three plays by Matt Henderson exploring the awkward experience of making human connections: A Long Walk on the Beach, Summer Solstice, and Children of the Night (aka Your Neighborhood Singles’ Bar). Join us on Wednesday, 26 October at noon in Mellon Square where these scenes will be performed simultaneously throughout the hour. Stop by on your lunchtime walk, or hang around and catch all three plays by a local, internationally produced playwright.
