Join Naturalist Educator Stephen Bucklin on a walk to Panther Hollow Run to document stream life as part of the annual Phipps BioBlitz. Get hands-on experience collecting benthic macroinvertebrates and learning how to identify these fascinating organisms that call Pittsburgh’s streams home. This event is family friendly but will involve a somewhat strenuous walk down and then upstairs into the lower part of Schenley Park.

Slope: flat (excluding the stairs)

Note: These programs are popular and fill quickly. There are many people that would like to attend but cannot when the program fills. If you register we strongly hope you will either attend or cancel your registration at least two days in advance.
