This one-hour Restorative Yoga class promotes physical, mental and emotional relaxation through deep breathing, intentional stillness and classic yoga postures. Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, emphasizing extended holds and breathwork. Essential oils will be diffused throughout the space, and each participant will receive an essential oil-infused sachet to use at the beginning and end of the session to enhance relaxation. Those with essential oil allergies should use discretion regarding this aspect of the session.

The class will offer modifications to accommodate all levels.
The class instructor, Dr. Pamela Nichols, has over thirty years’ experience as a practitioner and is certified in restorative yoga. Her teaching style blends her lifelong love of dance, intuition, and sense of humor, creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
