This one-hour Restorative Yoga class promotes physical, mental and emotional relaxation through deep breathing, intentional stillness and classic yoga postures. Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, emphasizing extended holds and breathwork. Essential oils will be diffused throughout the space, and each participant will receive an essential oil-infused sachet to use at the beginning and end of the session to enhance relaxation. Those with essential oil allergies should use discretion regarding this aspect of the session. A limited number of yoga mats is available if needed.
The class will offer modifications to accommodate all levels.
The class instructor, Dr. Pamela Nichols, has over thirty years’ experience as a practitioner and is certified in restorative yoga. Her teaching style blends her lifelong love of dance, intuition, and sense of humor, creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
