UPDATE ON 10/17/2025:
Unfortunately, due to the severe weather forecasted for this Sunday, the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy has made the difficult decision to cancel our final Family Day event of the season. The safety of our visitors, staff, and partners is always our top priority.
In light of the cancellation, we will offer FREE rides on the PNC Carousel in Schenley Plaza all day long tomorrow, Saturday, October 18, as a special thank you to the park community!
We’re grateful to everyone who joined us throughout the season to celebrate Pittsburgh’s parks and look forward to welcoming families back for more fun next year.
Take a not-so-scary ride on the PNC carousel bedecked for the season and meet festive friends for a day full of fun and special treats. Visitors are encouraged to dress for Halloween and have their pictures taken with our ghoulish guests.
Free and open to all. No registration required.
