“There is a beauty and a wisdom in the stillness of winter. It is a time for inward reflection, for cultivating inner strength, and for nourishing the soul.” – John O’Donohue

Join us for a day-long, January, Shabbat retreat, ‘Nourishing Our Roots’ – offering reflection, inspiration, and the warmth of community connection. Led by Sara Stock Mayo, Cantor Julie Newman, and Edie Raphael, and held at the beautiful Frick Environmental Center, we will gather to nourish our souls with meditation, yoga, creative writing, singing, and forest bathing, before concluding with Havdalah.

We welcome everyone who wants to attend. We believe in the spirit of generosity as part of the practice. By offering different payment levels, we aim to make it financially accessible for all and ask that you contribute as generously as you can.
