Join the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy’s Horticulture and Forestry team for a volunteer tree planting on Saturday, November 1!
We’ll be planting within a former Tree Pittsburgh site from 2022, where about 50 young trees are still thriving. This site is now protected by a recently constructed deer-exclosure allowing more native, shade-tolerant trees and shrubs to grow and support a healthy forest understory for years to come.
