Pack up the family and head on down to Schenley Plaza for Kids Days presented by Peoples Gas! On the second Sunday of the month, June through October, Kids Days will feature free carousel rides, interactive activities, live performances, and more. There is no admission fee.
This month’s event includes an array of family-friendly attractions:
11 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Balloon Artist
- Face Painter
- Roving Magician
- Make and Take Art Activity Station
- Free Carousel Rides (until 7:00 p.m.)
11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
- Pittsburgh Festival Opera hosts a kid-friendly musical performance
2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Wongai (let’s go!) to West Africa performance presented by Autism Pittsburgh. Experience hands-on music, song, and dance from across West Africa with the Balafon West African Dance Ensemble as part of the family-friendly Azure Family Concert Series. Balafon brings the joy of West African dance to Pittsburgh!

Note: These programs are popular and fill quickly. There are many people that would like to attend but cannot when the program fills. If you register we strongly hope you will either attend or cancel your registration at least two days in advance.
