Pack up the family and head on down to Schenley Plaza for Kids Days presented by Peoples Gas! On the second Sunday of the month, June through October, Kids Days will feature free carousel rides, interactive activities, live performances, and more. There is no admission fee.
July Program Schedule:
11 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Balloon artist
- Face painter
- Caricature artist
12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.
- Pittsburgh Festival Opera presents a mix of opera, Broadway, and interactive fun for the whole family! Singers include Megan Cumming, Justin Feild, Wallis Lucas, Alexandria Zallo, and Isabella Zallo
2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Azure Concert featuring Cello Fury: Rock out with Cello Fury, an unforgettable family concert where classical cello meets rock, pop, and movie music. This dynamic performance pushes musical boundaries and promises fun for all ages.
1 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Character meet and greet with the Bayou Princess: Famous for her beignets and adventures on the bayou, Louisiana’s favorite princess will visit Kids Day to meet and greet families.
Free carousel rides and lawn games are available from 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Note: These programs are popular and fill quickly. There are many people that would like to attend but cannot when the program fills. If you register we strongly hope you will either attend or cancel your registration at least two days in advance.

Cancellations less than 48 hours before the program start time are non-refundable. No refunds for transactions that are $10 or less. Refunds may take up to 10 days to process.
