A three hour Healing Relaxation mini-retreat is meant to aid relaxation of body and mind. We will explore and experience the benefits of developing calmer states of mind and body through breathing exercises, guided relaxations and visualizations, self-massage, and simple movement exercises. Participants are invited to continue with a 12 hour Healing Relaxation course after this introductory session.
This program is best for adults only (ages 14+).We are meeting in the Frick Environmental Center and might be spending part of the time outside.
