Come and benefit from the healing properties of nature! It’s been a long year of uncertainty and stress. Many of us have suffered as a result of the pandemic. But, Spring is here, and nature has what we need to find balance and rejuvenation! These hikes will provide centering and balancing activities and a return to what nature has offered all along.
