Enjoy Wellness Wednesdays on the Northside!
Join YMCA fitness instructors in the park for weekly exercise classes every Wednesday, June through August!
June 15 is Yoga/Tai Chi night! This low impact class will improve one’s balance, posture as well as better mental focus by creating a calm and clear mind. Additional benefits include an increase in muscle tone, strength, and flexibility, making functional day-to-day activities easier and more enjoyable.
Classes will take place beside Lake Elizabeth across from the YMCA.
