Get ready to light up your nights with GLOWLAND, the ultimate fusion of art, music, and play brought to you by the Oakland Business Improvement District (OBID)! From November 20, 2023, to January 2, 2024, witness the magic unfold as 2 square miles of the Oakland civic and commercial district are transformed into a glowing wonderland.
