Pittsburgh doesn’t just compete in sports – help our city come out on top in the City Nature Challenge! Join Naturalist Educator Stephen Bucklin and Ecological Restoration Manager Brandon McCracken on a walk to document the biodiversity of Frick Park. We’ll meet in the East Classroom inside the Frick Environmental Center for an overview of iNaturalist and how to participate in the City Nature Challenge before heading outside to see what we can find! We’ll focus a majority of our time inside the Clayton Hill Deer Exclosures collecting data on the impact of this long term restoration project. A smartphone or digital camera is recommended to take pictures.
