Forest Bathing

This Spring Forest Bathing session will be a 90 minute guided visit into the forest where we will slow down, awaken our senses, and notice what’s new in nature at this time of year. Through a series of guided invitations, you will find your own ways of connecting with the forest as you relax into being present with the sights, smells, sounds, textures, and tastes of the woods. There’s no rush and there’s no right or wrong way to do it. Simply come as you are and witness the beauty of your own relationship with nature. Please dress for the weather.
