What is forest bathing?
Forest bathing is a guided exploration that centers on slowing down, unplugging, and awakening our senses while resting outside immersed in nature. Research has shown that taking time away from technology and our busy modern lives and immersing ourselves deeply in nature has positive effects on mental, emotional, and physical health. If you feel disconnected from nature, yourself, or others, consider joining a forest bathing session.
