Join a certified guide for a forest bathing walk in Riverview Park. This gentle walk takes you along a forest trail with opportunities to rest along the way. Through sensory-based invitations, you’ll slow down, connect with nature, and cultivate a sense of well-being and connection to yourself and the world around you. Open to adults and youth ages 14+ (with an adult).
