Immerse yourself in the restorative benefits of nature at Riverview Park. Forest Bathing involves slowing down and opening our senses to experience the natural world. It supports healing and wellness, and is a wonderful way to experience the outdoors. We will meet at the Snowflake trailhead at Mairdale Avenue at 10am and end by noon.
Meet in the parking lot off Mairdale Avenue at the entrance to the Snowflake Trail. Parking is limited, please arrive early to ensure a spot in the parking lot.
This program is best for adults only (ages 14+).
Length: 1-2 Miles
This walk may involve walking up a slight incline, on a gravel path.
Media Release: Please note that a photographer may be on-site to capture photos and video from the program. The photos/video captured may be used to help the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy further promote its mission. Please advise the photographer on-site if you DO NOT want your photo/video taken.
