Experience the restorative practice of forest bathing in West End Park with a certified guide. Through sensory-based invitations, you’ll slow down, connect with nature, and cultivate a sense of well-being and connection to yourself and the world around you. This gentle walk is open to adults and youth ages 14+ (with an adult). Meet at the gazebo.
