Join a certified guide for a forest bathing walk in Riverview Park. This slow and welcoming walk in the forest is suitable for all physical conditions. You’ll be guided through a series of invitations that will allow you to slow down and explore nature through your senses. This practice supports health and well-being, and can help build a positive connection to nature, yourself, and others.
