Experience the restorative practice of forest bathing in Allegheny Commons with a certified guide. Discover nature’s presence in an urban setting through gentle, sensory-based invitations that help you slow down and connect with yourself, others, and the world around you. Open to adults and youth ages 14+ (with an adult).
