Treat yourself to a couple of hours of peace and serenity during an evening Forest Bathing walk. We will get to experience the change in lighting at the end of a day. Wandering in the woods at dusk will allow us to see and experience the forest in a different light. Please bring a flashlight and a blanket to lie on. A confirmation email will be sent by Wednesday before the event with location details.
