It’s easy to understand how a lovely walk in the woods can lift your spirits. Forest bathing takes that experience a step further by encouraging a slow, mindful connection with the natural world. As you move around, allow yourself to notice how each of your senses responds to the moment—the sights, sounds, scents, and sensations around you. This 90‑minute experience led by a certified guide is often described as “a walking meditation in nature,” offering a chance to unwind, breathe deeply, and simply be present. Let’s enjoy the earth together. Open to adults and youth ages 14+ (with an adult).
