Please join us for a 90 minute guided visit into the natural world where we will slow down, awaken our senses and nurture our relationship with nature. Through a series of invitations, you will find your own ways of connecting with nature as you relax into being present with the sights, smells, sounds, textures, and tastes of the woods. There’s no rush and there’s no right or wrong way to do it. Simply come as you are and witness the beauty of your own relationship with nature. Come and celebrate the earth with others! Geared toward adults and youth 14 and up with an adult.

Programs at the Frick Environmental Center are supported by the taxpayers of Allegheny County through a public grant from the Allegheny Regional Asset District (RAD).
Please note that a photographer may be on-site to capture photos and video from the program. The photos/video captured may be used to help the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy further promote its mission. Please advise the photographer on-site if you DO NOT want your photo/video taken.
