Intended for kids ages three to nine and their adults, Bump in the Night is an annual family fun event celebrating fall. Bump in the Night takes place over two weekends every October.
Children and their adults can join Parks Conservancy naturalist educators in Frick Park for an evening of fun fall activities that they can do together at the annual Bump in the Night celebration!
Sign up for a hike and have fun at various stops along the way. Each child picks a pumpkin to take home at the end of each walk.
We strive to make our programs accessible to everyone. Inquire about accommodations for special needs by contacting Lan Tran at 412-586-4576 or ltran@pittsburghparks.org.
Registration for this event opens on Monday, October 4 at 12:00p.m. Start times are staggered between 6:30 to 8:30pm. After registration opens on October 4th at noon, select the date and time that works for your group. To be in the same group with any other family or friends, make sure they select the same date and time as well!
This year, Bump in the Night will be on October 22, 23, 29, and 30, 2021.
Special thanks to Giant Eagle for generously donating pumpkins for Bump in the Night.
