May 8th is World Migratory Bird Day! Celebrate migrating birds at the Frick Environmental Center. Kids will be able to make their own pair of craft binoculars and participate in a scavenger hunt with life-sized birds hidden around the nature play area for practice.

BINOCULAR MAKING FOR KIDS AGES 3-8

Kids can make their own pair of binoculars to help focus their vision while looking for birds. We have all the materials they need and a scavenger hunt with life-sized birds to practice their observation skills!
If you would like to make a pair of practice binoculars to take on a hike, please sign up for a hike slot that is at least 30 minutes after your binocular making time.
