Join us for an invigorating walking program designed to enhance your overall wellness! This session will incorporate Arthritis Foundation fitness movements to improve strength, flexibility, and balance and support joint health and mobility. Keep your mind sharp and entertained with a fun team trivia challenge throughout the walk.
Enjoy the beauty of Frick Park as we immerse ourselves in nature, walking through the new accessible trail at the Frick Environmental Center. All participants will have the option to use a set of park-provided trekking poles.
This is a 1 hour experience and is suitable for all fitness levels. Come and enjoy a multi-dimensional wellness experience that nurtures both body and mind!
