Join certified guides for forest bathing on gentle walks in the parks while nurturing our connection to the natural world, in collaboration with the 10.27 Healing Partnership. Immersing ourselves deeply in nature has positive effects on mental, emotional, and physical health.
If you feel disconnected from nature, yourself, or others, consider joining our community and participating in this forest bathing series. We will take slow, gentle walks in nature with frequent invitations to meditate or connect. This program is geared toward adults. All are welcome and invited to participate in this event.
