Crews Work to Assemble Schenley Plaza Carousel

In a sign that spring is returning to Oakland, crews are setting up the PNC carousel in Schenley Plaza.

After a long winter hibernation, the animals are back. An elephant, a rabbit, even a sea dragon. A total of 16 animals are out of storage and ready to take their spots on the Victorian-style carousel in Oakland’s Schenley Plaza. Read full article
