Colorful Circus Tent Will Embrace Children’s Carousel Tea

Ben Sota, executive director of the Zany Umbrella Circus, says his new circus tent -- a red-and-white, 5,700-square-foot big top -- will cause passers-by in Oakland to gape with amazement during Saturday's Children's Carousel Tea event.
