The PNC Carousel is a cashless attraction. We accept most major credit cards and electronic forms of payment. Single ride tokens may be purchased with cash at Asia Tea, located near The Porch restaurant.

Your purchase may take up to 15 minutes to process. You will not receive a physical pass. An electronic pass will be emailed to you. Please be sure to save your pass to your phone and be ready to show it to the carousel operator when visiting. Infants, toddlers, and children under 42” tall must be accompanied by an adult while on the carousel.

Day passes and season passes do not entitle the bearer to preferred entry. All riders must exit and re-enter the queue as directed by the carousel operator. Once purchased, passes are non-refundable. Days and times of carousel operation are subject to change without notice. For your safety, and for the safety of the operators, the carousel will close in the event of heavy winds, audible thunder, visible lightning, heavy rain, or snow. Carousel operators may stop the carousel at any time for safety concerns. All riders must follow the safety rules and restrictions posted at the carousel entrance, and as directed by the carousel operator. Carousel may be closed for private events or rentals.
